It is an essential need that healthcare is the facility which is obligate and provide by the government to every society who need it. With the need of healthcare facility it also to be consider carefully so it can serve accesfully to people of every caste and place. In recently years, to solve the problem, the government has provided, a facility healthcare system since January 2014 which knowed as BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial). It is proof that BPJS was very helpful to the society and it counted that at the first it come out, and at least 149 million registered as the customer of health assurance. It is assumes that BPJS would help the poverty to get better, cheaper and even free health facility, however, as the time goes on, there are assumes that BPJS was caused the society more suffer to paid proper healthcare facility.

When BPJS first come out, it is proof  that the society’s respond was very positive. The reason why the society easily accepts BPJS is because if it’s compare to private health assurance, BPJS is more cheaper and almost all people could afford it. For the payment it self,  BPJS insurant premium was divided into 3 class: first class with 59 thousand rupiahs, second class is 49 thousand rupiahs, and third class is 25 thousand rupiahs. After pay the insurant premium, people can get cheaper and even free health facility. Also BPJS serve to every disease, from the critical to the worst case without increasing the payment. Unlike the other private assurance which rise the higher payment and even refuse to serve the severe disease. Furthermore, BPJS is the only health assurance which guarantee for lifetime. Since, BPJS is the obligation from the government it self, thus it will serve the society with better access and service.

For such a couple years, BPJS is clearly still to be a new obligation and there are some deficiencies. Such, if the society want to used BPJS facility, they should go to the hospital which coorporate with the government and everyone have to go to the clinic first so you can get recommendation to have hospital’s serving. It is quite complicated procedure and cause long waiting time. Also BPJS used the divided the payment with 3 different classes and serving, while it should know that health facility should be same to everyone, even for the rich and the poor one. With such the differenciate, for the poor people, they can’t afford the best health facility same as the rich people does. Moreover, if the payment of insurant is overdue then there will be penalty since BPJS now is a must for everyone to have it according to regulation number 24 of 2011, which obligate by the government.

Thus, the public health facility should be care for the society and help all the caste regerdless if they were rich or not. Such for BPJS After all, health assurance was the responsibility of the government to serve and care to the society, not make them pay for their own healthy price. Also there should be the veluation of BPJS system, so all people can access it easily without concerning about the payment.
