                                       “ Proverty Attack  Papua”

     In the first five years the special autonomy of Papua is the poor population in broad outlook. Viewed by type of region, the poor in Papua are concentrated in rural areas. In theory, based on the factors causing poverty can be categorized into two things, namely structural poverty and natural poverty. Proverty structural Or can be called Man made Poverty, Is a condition of poverty that is more due to existing social structure that includes the organizational order and rules of the game applied.
      For Papua, structural poverty is one of the factors. Corrupt officials, the occurrence of collusion, nepotism and discrimination. The special autonomy status and regional autonomy applied in Papua have had no significant impact, except to enrich only a few drunken individuals who are glorified by the rupiah sheets they receive.

     The dominant cause of poverty is the poor condition and quality of human resources. Can be said the people of Papua is very primitive, untouched civilization and not familiar with technology.
