Successful Students In Education
Success in an education is something that is expected by students and became a purpose in their lives. Success is a purpose for students so that they can compete to get a high score in every way. However, success is not only in terms of quantitative, but also qualitative. In addition to having high scores, successful students have the following qualities: have extensive knowledge, skills, and the attitude of courtesy.
Knowledge is something that is present and manifested in one's soul and mind due to reaction and connection with the environment and the natural surroundings. This knowledge includes emotions, traditions, skills, information, creeds and thoughts. It is the basic capital of life. It is everything we know about a particular object. Extensive knowledge is very important and is one's quality. Broad knowledge means not only mastering one particular area, but mastering other fields. In an education, the quality of the students' knowledge determines whether or not an educational quality or the knowledge of the student can determine the achievement of the learning objectives.
In addition to his extensive abilities, students also have the skills as qualities within them. Skills namely the ability to use reason, thought and creativity in working, changing or making things become more meaningful resulting in a value of the work. Skills can be trained so as to be able to do something, in the absence of practice and the process of sharpening the mind, the mind will not be able to produce a special skill or skill because the skill is not a talent that can be gained without going through intensive learning process and is an advantage that has been given since birth. So to become a skilled person who has special skills in a particular field must be through practice and study diligently in order to master the field and can understand and apply it.
The most important quality must be in the students is the attitude of courtesy because in essence, education is a change of behavior to a better direction. Courtesy is a rule or procedure that develops from generation to generation in a culture in society that can be useful in intercultural relationships so that a close relationship, mutual understanding and mutual respect are respected. Courteous is respect according to a good custom, while polite is good and subtle language and behavior, loving and compassionate. So, courtesy is a form of good and subtle behavior and accompanied by respect for others according to the good customs when communicating and socializing that can be shown to anyone, whenever and wherever.
