Healthy Food
Everyday we
consuming lot of foods, there are the one is good taste and the one is not, even
though the one that is not good taste is the best thing for our body such as
vegetables. We as human being really need to keep our mind and body stay
healthy, in this case healthy food is the key of it. Healthy food is food that
consist good things for our body, it means we consume the right quantities of
foods in order to build a healthy life. It must includes several food groups
because if only one single group, it cannot provide everything we need for good
health. At the same time, we also should combined with being physically active
and maintaining a healthy weight. Consuming healthy food has many advantages
such as make body stronger than it was and keeps body clean from bad thing such
as disease.
Not always the
body is constantly powered and strong to do a lot of activities. Sometimes the
body feel sluggish, tired, and lack of energy while still a lot of activities
that need to be done. When the body lethargic and tired and lack of energy is
as if the body is reluctant to be moved. To prevent all interference above does
not happen to our body, we need to continue to supply energy continuously so
that the body does not experience a shortage of energy. But for those who have
already run out of energy and power in our body is starting to feel weak, we
should immediately recover it so that the body can return the optimal activity.
There are ways to return our body’s strength, the first is maintain health such
have a nice sleep, second is keep do active activity such a take a walk or
jogging, the last is the most important is consuming healthy food, it all will
keep our body stronger than it was. So, there are many ways to keep body
strength but the most important we should keep it from the inside of our body
with consuming healthy food.
Many of us do
not pay attention to what we have been consuming and have consumed unhealthy
foods. In fact, the consumption of unhealthy foods have a candidate emergence
of many diseases. Healthy food will keep our body clean from diseases that
threaten our health. Healthy food as we know such as vegetable and fruit will
make diseases less and cure it. There are many diseases create by consumed
unhealthy food, that were diarrhea, fever and headache. Diarrhea is caused by
consuming unhealthy food and unclean food. Fever caused by consuming unhealthy
food. The last is headache is also caused by consuming unhealthy food such as
too much oil in that food and creates cholestrol and causing headache. So, we
have to keep our body clean from diseases with consuming healthy food.
